Convenient and cozy family escape
The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach and nearby malls, while our spacious and clean rooms made for a very comfortable stay. The staff, especially the cleaners and porters, brought warmth to our experience with their friendliness. We also enjoyed the beautiful rooftop patio, perfect for relaxation.
We faced some challenges, like limited parking and a breakfast buffet that could use a bit more variety. noise from neighboring rooms sometimes disrupted our peaceful moments.

The rooftop pool offers incredible sunset views.
Our experience at Empress Pattaya was marked by issues. The Wi-Fi was virtually nonexistent in our room, forcing us to stand in the corridor just to connect. Adding to our frustration, the staff were unhelpful. despite acknowledging the problem, they refused to provide a different room or seem interested in resolving the issue. The attitude of the front desk was dismissive, which compounded our feelings of being unwelcome.

The rooftop area is a stellar spot for chilling out, especially during sunset—it makes for an unbeatable view. The spacious rooms pack in a whole lot of light, making them feel even bigger than they are, and the coffee provided during breakfast is a nice perk for early risers.
The noise from the street can be a bit much, with windows that haven't been well insulated. I also noticed the air conditioning unit rattled loudly, which didn't help the overall peace. When it comes to power outlets, they were few and far between, making it tricky to charge up all your devices. Lastly, the rooms lacked outdoor balconies, which is a bummer for those hoping to catch some fresh air.

Spacious rooms with a rooftop vibe
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms were, really comfy! The rooftop area is awesome for chilling out, especially during sunset. Just a bit noisy from the street below, but the breakfast options were delish—loved the fresh juice! A minor issue was the few power outlets available for charging our devices.

the location was amazin, so close to the mall and tons of food places. rooms were super spacious and clean, really comfy tbh. the staff seemed friendly and helpful, they made our stay better. also, the rooftop pool has an awesome view for sunset chillin. replaced water and coffee daily, nice touch!
but the breakfast was kinda the same every day, which got boring fast. also, the mattress was too firm and not comfy at all.

The Deluxe Double Room was huge and really spacious, which I loved! The bed was okay, but I found it a bit tough for my back. Thankfully, when I mentioned it, they quickly got me a mattress topper. The water pressure was solid and the coffee at breakfast hit the spot. Just a heads up, windows weren't great at blocking street noise, and the AC was a bit loud sometimes.
